ZGALLERY LOCKED GALLERY PASSWORD
Your photographer can unlock the gallery by removing the gallery's password protection. This time varies based on different conditions so it is not possible to provide an exact time for when the gallery will unlock. If this is the first time that the wrong password was entered, the gallery will automatically unlock after an unspecified amount of time. If the password is entered differently in any way from the way the password was created (such as entering a lower case letter when it should be capitalized), the system will not allow you to access the gallery.
If there is a space in the password, the space must also be entered. Pay special attention to Zeros ( 0 ) and the letter O as well as with lower case L's (l) and upper case i's (I). When entering the password to lock the gallery, do please keep these important notes in mind. Please contact the photographer for the correct password.” When the wrong password is entered, a notice about the incorrect password is displayed.Īfter the second to last attempt, we display the following message next to the password input field: “You have one more attempt before your access is blocked. You will not be able to try again until the gallery is unlocked. If you're seeing the above warning, it means that the wrong password has been entered too many times. When a site visitor enters an incorrect password too many times, the system will lock that specific site visitor out of the gallery for a period of time. 
In the effort to ensure that password locked galleries remain secure, Zenfolio utilizes a Gallery Password Lockout system.
